Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and proactive in managing administrative tasks. Compensation TBD.


Your job responsibilities may include:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist our CEO

Prepare and organize documents, forms, SOPs, and other QA-related documents

Handle correspondence

Assist with onboarding and HR-related tasks

Provide support to developers as an IT administrator


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle confidential information

Bachelor’s degree in English or related discipline that requires extensive writing

Experience with IT admin or IT support work


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in administrative roles within healthcare or tech industries

Familiarity with project management tools

Domain knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description

Location: Remote (should reside on eastern seaboard)

Type: Full-Time or Contract

Compensation: TBD

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will report directly to the Head of IT. Your primary mission is to train LLMs and build the infrastructure that allows Large Language Models (LLMs) to interact safely and effectively with our clinical data environments. You won't just be prompting models; you will be building their "hands" and "senses"—developing the Python-based tools and protocols that enable AI to execute complex tasks in the clinical research space.


Your job responsibilities may include:

• Streamline the clinical trial data analysis workflow using AI.

• Design and implement tools and functions that LLMs use to interact with external databases, APIs, and file systems.

• Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to provide standardized, secure data access for AI agents.

• Develop and refine agentic workflows.

• Ensure all AI tools adhere to clinical data privacy standards and are security-hardened.

• Monitor and optimize tool-calling accuracy and latency to ensure high-performance AI responses.

• Creating training data and test data for LLMs.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience.

• Clinical Domain: Experience working within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical company.

• Python proficiency: Including experience with API development.

• AI Fundamentals: Experience working with LLM APIs

• ML: Experience with machine learning or fine-tuning LLMs


Preferred Qualifications

• MCP: Practical experience implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Private LLMs: Experience with hosting LLMs in air-gapped or private environments like an on-premises server, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Distributed Cloud.

• Secure LLMs: Experience with securing LLMs using prompt sanitization, data obfuscation/censoring, etc. 

• Advanced AI: Experience with vector databases, RAG, and NLP techniques
